1.Documents to be sent after the certification   When the result of examination is "certified," the following documents will be sent by postal mail to the person in charge of the product. [When notifying the result of the first product certified] [1] "Certification notice" Notice of the result in reply to an application for the Eco Mark product certification examination [2] "Basic contract for the Eco Mark utilization" (duplicate) *one copy for (Party B) Contractor and one copy for (Party A) our Association [3] "Billing invoice" Billing for the Eco Mark license fee [4] "On the method of indication of the Eco Mark" The address for downloading the Eco Mark image data and a reproduction proof, etc. will be enclosed.   [When notifying the result of the second product and thereafter] [5] "Certification notice" Same as [1] above [6] "Product list" That which is attached to the concluded basic contract for the Eco Mark utilization as an attachment [7] "On the method of indication of the Eco Mark" Same as [4] above [8] "Eco Mark Product Certificate" [9] "List of the Eco Mark certified products"   For details of documents, please refer Chapter II of Guidance for Eco Mark   2.Conclusion of a contract for the Eco Mark utilization   Within 60 days from the date of transmission of the "certification notice" (date of notifying certification), please conclude a contract for the Eco Mark utilization with our Association. Please check the contents of descriptions of the "basic contract for the Eco Mark utilization" sufficiently On both of the two copies of the contract for the contractor (Party B) and for our Association (Party A), fill out the column for Party B on the face sheet with the address and representative's name and affix the seals (company seal and representative's seal) thereto, and return both of the copies to the Eco Mark Office. When we have confirmed the return of the contractual documents and payment for the Eco Mark license fee (for the first fiscal year), we will send to the person in charge of the product the "contract" to be kept by the contractor (Party B), "Eco Mark Product Certificate" and "List of the Eco Mark certified products" together. At this time, the procedure for the contract for the Eco Mark utilization has been completed.
